What to do with those vacant listings? Certainly, it’s nice to have a blank slate but when buyers review a property, furniture can give a good indication of room size and can hi-light some of a property’s personality. Virtual staging allows you to digitally furnish rooms and present a house in its best light.
While we can digitally add furniture to an image, we can use a similar process to remove excess clutter from a scene. This is a good option in cases where a seller has not been able to properly style a room before the shoot. No-one can turn a hoarder’s den into a palace but we can make it look better.

Twilight photographs can be produced through digital editing OR a dedicated visit to a property at the appropriate time of day. These services deliver a similar result but have a different pricing structure as “real” twilight shots require a second visit to the property. This is the process whereby we add furniture and personal effects to dress a room after it has been photographed.

There are several reasons people elect to dress a room virtually, foremost of these is cost. An empty room creates a different impression than one containing furniture BUT to dress a room using the services of a professional stylist can be prohibitively expensive for many people.
This is where virtual dressing comes in handy. We furnish the space using computer generated images.
Additionally, sometimes the furnishings already in the house may not be the sort that get a property noticed for the right reasons. We can remove the less happy looking furniture and replace it with something a little more pleasing. -
No. We can photograph the room with all of the furnishings in place and remove these digitally as well.
This service does have some limits and there is a cost increase relative to the amount of “clutter” that needs to be removed.
